The hotel offers very nice rooms with free Wi-Fi, which made my stay more comfortable. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and I had to change rooms multiple times due to issues with Wi-Fi and AC. Reception staff were not very accommodating in resolving these issues.
The hotel staff were polite and helpful, but there were issues with the rooms that required multiple changes. The Wi-Fi and AC were not functional on the 6th floor, leading to an uncomfortable experience. However, the staff eventually shifted me to a suite room. On the downside, there was a lack of tonic waters in the premises.

My stay at Dream Palace was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, being close to the metro station and shopping centers, the rooms had a damp smell, were cold, and lacking basic amenities like a coffee kettle. The service was hit or miss with some friendly staff but also experiences of unresponsive management. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast left much to be desired. However, the hotel's proximity to the metro and shopping centers provided some convenience.
The hotel has a few positives like the superb location near the metro station and availability of delicious desi food 24/7. However, the rooms lack comfort with small beds, and the dining experience is not worth the price paid.
